Storefront Cashier & Rental Equipment Associate

Rotating Weekly Hours:
Week 1:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Week 2
Tuesday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(5 workdays, but Saturday replaces Monday)

We are seeking a dependable and driven individual to join our team. This position integrates customer service responsibilities within our storefront, with the practical management of rental equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and provide assistance to customers at the storefront.
* Provide documents on product info to customers
* Take notes from customer requests and schedule site visits
* Process cash and sales transactions accurately.
* Manage rental equipment, including cleaning, maintenance, and preparation for customer use.
* Maintain and organize the storefront to ensure a clean and professional presentation.

Requirements:

* Fundamental understanding of retail sales and customer service principles.
* Familiarity with tools and equipment, or a demonstrated willingness to acquire such knowledge.
* Proficiency in equipment maintenance and cleaning.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
* Must be able to safely lift weights up to 50lbs.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and the ability to fulfill the position's requirements.
