Hello everybody, it’s been awhile 😃
We’re doing very well here at the Hazelhouse.
This Saturday we are participating in
Chilliwack Gardentour, very exciting!
Gerald has been working very hard to make it a beautiful experience for all of you🌷🌷
We would love to show you and it’s also for a good cause. Tickets are $30 and the money goes to some amazing projects around Chilliwack like the Wetlands and the Rotary trail. You can find all the info online😃
Hope to see you tomorrow, praying for some sunshine as well 🥰

Hello friends,
I would like to give a tribute to the Goose family
( Hadley-Goose) who lived in this house before us. I did have the pleasure of meeting them at some point. Especially Mrs Sheryl Goose made an impression on me but so did her husband Cam. They loved living here. He was always busy in and around the house, lovingly fixing things. She loved the artsy part of life and owned lots of costumes and had dress up parties. Even the neighbours talked about it when we moved in. I would have loved to have the chance to get to know them better. But even if that didn’t happen we love this house too and we are doing our best to make it something special.
Our B&B is going great, even some high teas once and awhile. Pretty soon the nicer weather will come and the gardens will look beautiful again. Although the dear ate half our tulips 😬I’m glad we gave it the name “the Hazel house”
because that’s what the Goose family called it then already, I didn’t know😊
I hope it will be know as that for a long time yet.
Looking forward to the summer and seeing many of you here for a visit. Coffee is always on🌺🌺
