This particular sequence is from a mold remediation project where the ducting had been breached by water from an exterior source.
The leak was ongoing for some time forming mold around the ceiling fan.

New water damage due to leak in carport. The water was pooling and ingressing into the unit affecting the entrance ceiling, fixture and adjoining room.
The breaker was turned off and water removed from fixture. What was really quite something is in this instance the water actually entered the lightbulb's!

Abatement and repair due to leak from base heater. It had been going on for some time and created a mold issue. In this case as the building itself is 40 years old, mold remediation could not be done as abatement testing was required (results where positive) before materials could be removed safely.
Thanks to S.A.H for their outstanding response time and excellent abatement practices.
Scope of work:
Source leak (restoration contractor)
Repair faulty pipe (licensed plumber)
Asbestos testing (qualified/certified contractor)
Dry affected area thoroughly (mitgation)
File paperwork for N.O.P with WSBC (very important for contractors!).
Contain work area, remove affected materials (asbestos abatement)
Install new insulation and 6mm v***r barrier
Install drywall as required
Tape and mud as required
Mask for sanding and painting
Sand as required
Paint all affected walls as required
Prep for carpet install
Replace baseboards
Cleaning during and after

Textured ceiling project in a common hallway. 53ft. Masking, drywall install/repair containment (walls amd floor), texture blend and cleaning/finish. A few long days and some brutal sanding. That said, pretty happy with the results.
