The WSIB has introduced changes to its automated claims adjudication process for straightforward workplace injury claims, effective June 25, 2026.

While these updates are intended to help eligible workers access benefits and return-to-work services more quickly, it's still essential for employers to submit complete and accurate Form 7s, along with any supporting documentation related to claim concerns. Additional information can also be provided as it becomes available to ensure it is considered throughout the life of the claim.
