The Holiday Train is scheduled to arrive in Agassiz this evening in front of the Agricultural Hall at 5:45 PM and his year's featured band is the Ba*****ed Ladies! It's always cool seeing the train decked out in lights on the sides. 👍

Food and cash donations for the food bank will be gratefully accepted.

Here's another song we added to the show year. Trans-Siberian Orchestra songs are generally pretty intense and feel like you're attending a hardcore rock concert, whereas this one is far up the scale of "easy listening".

The stylistic choice of the colour red in this music video for Phil Wickham's song "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" was the basis for how we also sequenced the lights to go with it. There's an air of intensity, and Phil's hoody adds a bit of grittiness, which is a twist on this traditional Christmas carol. We hope you like our take on its modern simplicity when you see our house and yard's pixels flicker with the song.

Chilliwack Adopt-a-Senior does great work in the community to help out senior citizens who may not have all the support they need—especially at this time of year. Happy New Year! We took this opportunity of today's dry weather to take most of the display down, and we're only getting around now to counting the total collected for the Chilliwack Firefighters Charitable Society, which was (drum roll, please)... $836.53.

But thanks to S&S Premium Projects pledging to match December's donations, the total donated will be $1,673.06! 🎆
