I believe in creating a caring environment where each person feels valued, safe, and comfortable. Counselling can help reconcile the past and promote a higher quality of living in your present life. The success of healing and recovery is not dependent upon the memory of the past fading; rather, to help them transition from pain to peace by healing the past, develop healthy coping skills, and to build a framework that provides support for living life to the fullest.
