It's been a busy winter on Balsam Lake. This baby has had its share of bad weather and bad timing with the world shutting down supply chains but is coming along BEAUTIFULLY. Getting there! Photos from the side you cannot see from the road! The Lake side!

14 years ago Michael designed and built this wonderful lake home....and now he has designed and we are building a garage (!) to suit the home for the lucky new owners! It's going to be perfect!!

There is nothing like a good old 'thank you note' to make you feel warm & fuzzy:....Thanks to recent project clients for the very kind words: "..after 18 years of dreaming - 3 architects' schemes, decisions all to be approved by the committee [family], YOU DID IT!!!". That's the best performance review you can get! :)

....and then this happened today....it took our client's parents forever to build but it came tumbling down in mere minutes. It really is just bricks & mortar - memories last FAR longer. Thank goodness! Another Balsam Lake beauty is on its way!

Funny thing happened today...new clients out for a boat ride sent a photo of a cottage/kawartha room that they really liked...and guess what? It was one of our projects. Guess they chose the right guy to design theirs!

AND JUST LIKE THAT, it's sold. Congratulations to the lucky family who purchased this baby. Such a beaut!

One of our babies is for sale...built in 2006-2007. Our second on Indian Point. 726 Indian Point Road. Still looking good! Here's a photo of young Michael just before move in. Pleased as punch.
