From my family to yours wishing everyone a blessed festive season, Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year. A special thank you to everyone in Cochrane and area for another amazing successful year in helping everyone. I'm truly grateful, filled with gratitude and can't wait to have another incredible year providing a professional service that helps people in the community and area in 2024. I also want to give everyone a few preventive maintenance tips as I have been seeing many washers, dryers and fridges pushed to close to the wall. This can cause possible water leaking, airflow issues, damage to components, your home, expensive repairs, downtime and more. I also have been seeing drain hoses not secured and very close to falling out of the house drain, causing possible water damage. Water leak detectors can possibly help with water detection and possibly help in catching any leaking early on. You can purchase them just about anywhere and they have many different types available. Please don't attempt anything on your appliances if you are unsure, or not comfortable as you should contact a professional for help and advice. I sincerely hope this helps everyone with awareness and possibly any future issues with your appliances. Thank you everyone!!!

A Huge Thank You to all of my wonderful customers in Cochrane and area for all the continuing support , recommendations , referrals and positive comments. It's a true honor being a part of such an amazing community for over 24 years now and raising my wonderful family here , and truly a privilege to be able to provide a professional service that continues to help people with all their appliance needs. I look forward in continuing to help everyone for many more years and truly appreciate everyone and value your business. I wanted to mention the importance of PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE as I am seeing many Refrigerator condensers , Dishwasher filters , Dryer lint assy ,venting , Washer filters , Front load rubber door boot seals , fully restricted and needing cleaning. It's very important to keep your filters , venting , condensers , door boot seals cleaned and well maintained to ensure many years of keeping your appliances working properly and not breaking down causing you downtime and potentially expensive repairs . I wanted to share a few pictures of what I'm seeing lately and bring awareness to everyone helping everyone possibly to avoid future issues . PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE IS THE KEY !!! Saving you money on costly repairs , downtime , damage to your appliances and protecting your home. Hello everyone !!! I hope everyone is healthy and well . I wanted to share some pics and info from over the last year to remind you of the importance of preventative maintenance. I have been seeing a lot of homes being damaged from leaking Refrigerators , washing machines , and dishwasher water inlet lines etc... Also Refrigerators are being pushed to close to the wall impeding the water lines and not allowing good airflow over the condenser. Many washing machines are to close to the wall and the water inlet hoses are rubbing on the wall causing leaking .Dryer ducting is pinched and the ducting is restricted inside and the outside venting assy is restricted not functioning properly. Dishwashers and all appliances with water can have very small leaks and can go undetected causing serious issues and water damage over time . Water leak detectors can help as well. I have many posts on my page explaining in depth what to look for and how to do basic preventative maintenance if you are comfortable doing so. Fall is here and now is a great time for checking your appliances . I also want to thank everyone in our amazing community and area for all the continuing support , amazing reviews and recommendations . I'm very proud being a resident of Cochrane for over 22 years now and truly enjoy helping everyone with all their appliance needs. Providing a service everyday in the middle of a pandemic !!! Once again I would like to thank all my wonderful customers for all the respect and following the mandatory rules protecting me, my family , when I'm in your home servicing your appliances. Together, strictly respecting the situation and each other, once again proves how our wonderful community is working hard to beat this and grow stronger together. I personally want to thank every single person, all the first responders , everyone that puts their personal health on the line helping people , the people behind the scenes, every person that's not mentioned , everyone deserves a huge thank you at all levels. PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE = LONGEVITY
Hello everyone !!! I hope 2020 is treating you and your family well. Just wanted to remind everyone on the importance of preventative maintenance again . Seeing a lot dishwashers lately that are failing due to restricted filters and pumps . It's important to clean your filter on a regular basis and get the water hot at the sink first before running your dishwasher. Vinegar is a great cleaning product as well in most cases ( Always check with your manufacturer first ) Cleaning Refrigerator condensers , Dryer venting , Ducting , Washing machine pump filters ( If accessible ) and the Bellows on front load washers is very important . I do recommend getting water leak detectors as they can help in early detection of leaking and they are very inexpensive.
