Timely is hosting a live webinar to show you how to make sure your client data is more secure. No tech background needed. Just bring your questions. Our speaker is Canadian digital security expert Brian Joudrey of bNetworked Inc. and he's designed this webinar specifically for mental health professionals.

At Timely VA Services, we work with therapists and clinics across Canada every day, and we keep seeing the same security gaps when we first begin our support. The good news is those security gaps are very fixable, you just need to know what they are to address them. Join this webinar and you'll find the answers you've been looking for.

Date: Monday, October 5 Time: 1:00 PM ET Where: Live online Cost: $39.95 + tax

Maybe you thought becoming a therapist would be kinda chic, but nobody told you about the drab, definitely not chic tasks that have nothing to do with therapy.

If your idea of chic is supporting clients and learning new modalities rather than wrestling with direct billing at 9pm, we have a kinda chic option for you. A real human assistant who only works with mental health professionals, and who has an educational background in mental health.

Swipe through for more things we think are chic, then send us a message when you're ready to hand off the rest.

It's been a while since I properly introduced myself. I'm Sharon, the founder of Timely VA Services Inc. Our sole focus at Timely is to support Canadian Mental Health Professionals. We offer email support, accounts receivable, calendar care, office management, specialized spreadsheets, copywriting, clinic set up and marketing consulting.

I chose to exclusively work with therapists not just because of my education in mental health, but also because I have an intimate connection to the profession, with both my husband and many dear friends being mental health professionals. I've also seen how much therapists can struggle with the burden of administrative tasks, and I knew I could help.

For the past 6 years, Timely has supported both therapy clinics and individual Registered Social Workers, Clinical Psychologists, Registered Psychotherapists and Counselling Therapists across Canada, with clients in Ontario, BC, Nova Scotia, Alberta, Yukon Territories, PEI, and New Brunswick.

Interested in learning more? Reach out to me through the link in my bio. I offer free consultations and we are accepting new clients.
