It's been a while since I properly introduced myself. I'm Sharon, the founder of Timely VA Services Inc. Our sole focus at Timely is to support Canadian Mental Health Professionals. We offer email support, accounts receivable, calendar care, office management, specialized spreadsheets, copywriting, clinic set up and marketing consulting.

I chose to exclusively work with therapists not just because of my education in mental health, but also because I have an intimate connection to the profession, with both my husband and many dear friends being mental health professionals. I've also seen how much therapists can struggle with the burden of administrative tasks, and I knew I could help.

For the past 6 years, Timely has supported both therapy clinics and individual Registered Social Workers, Clinical Psychologists, Registered Psychotherapists and Counselling Therapists across Canada, with clients in Ontario, BC, Nova Scotia, Alberta, Yukon Territories, PEI, and New Brunswick.

How has the time gone by so fast? When Timely began, it was originally just one gal with a computer, internet connection and a dream to help mental health professionals. Now we are a team of 10 employees strong, and over the course of the past 5 years we have supported over 100 therapists across Canada with their private and group practices. It's has been such a beautiful journey, and we have met so many lovely people along this path. Here is hoping that we will be celebrating 10 years of business in 2029!
