This is a hard post to make and our hearts are aching. The community has lost a gem. A bold, bright, adventurous entrepreneur and businesswoman. And to us, not just a colleague, but also a friend.

Karine, you believed in us in our early business days, were a mentor, and taught us how to have a backbone and be strong when things got tough.

You made the long work days fun. There were many late nights of scrambling to make it happen for our clients, which meant ordering pizza and blasting all genres of tunes to get through the tight deadlines. And, lots and lots of coffee.

It doesn’t feel real. You are supposed to be here, telling us your next bold move or project. You always had something fun and creative up your sleeve.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

To all the entrepreneurs out there, take it from Karine. Be bold, be brave, be ambitious, be creative, and never stop chasing your dreams.

We had the pleasure of working with the Raisin Region Conservation Authority to tell the story of what they were able to accomplish over 2021! 👏

With a plan in place to feature stats, a new map, year highlights, and much more, we collaboratively brought their vision to life. Not only is their new report a staple piece of their marketing, but together we’ve set the stage and standard for future reports to come!

We interrupt this regularly scheduled program to bring you this important message: THANK YOU to all those who purchased "Home, Sweet Home" posters and prints over the course of our fundraising campaign.

With your generous support, Perch magazine and Urroz were able to back the United Way/Centraide of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry and all their good work with a $1,840 donation!

It’s Small Business Week, which means that our limited series in partnership with Yourtv Cornwall “Business Casual,” is concluding, and that Bridges to Better Business is happening tomorrow at OPG Visitors Center hosted by ACCFutures, Cornwall & Area Chamber of Commerce and Cornwall Business Enterprise Centre.

Catch our last episode, tonight at 9:30pm on Cogeco Channels 11/700HD/EPICO100, to watch ACCFutures own Angela Vinet host special guest Cristian Urroz of Urroz as talk about opening up a business in Cornwall.

Are you sad to see this limited series end?
