Leaders and Teams are looking at ways to perform better, increase engagement and improve wellbeing. The Resilience at Work (R@W) Toolkit provides assessments and strategies to build the resilience through a systemic approach that aligns employee, leader and team behaviours with organization processes and stakeholder expectations.

R@W Accredited Practitioners have a wide range of supporting tools, assessments, workbooks and resources to support individuals, teams, leaders and organization with navigating change and uncertainty. It’s time to reset, re-energize and re-imagine.

Join our next Virtual Resilience at Work Accreditation Training- 2 training sessions June 2 and 9th 9am -1:30 pm and one peer coaching session June 3rd, 9-11 am PDT. 2021 has been an extraordinary volatile year. Challenges and heartaches with the ongoing pandemic, natural disasters (forest fires and floods here in BC), climate change, and illness and death of loved ones along with moments of joy as we experience a deeper perspective on life and a renewed way of making connections. We are evolving and facing the reality that life is inherently uncertain. At times there are no words to capture all my feelings. Sitting in stillness, acknowledging, and accepting the fear and sadness creates an opening for more light, hope and love in me. And from this presence I meet you with compassion, kindness, and an open mind and heart.

Thank you for being a part of my community, as together we can create a better world for all living beings. May this holiday season be filled with love, joy, wonder and play. I look forward to 2022 with hope.

Happy holidays!

As a new leader, you want to be effective. So, to succeed in your new role, shift the way you think and act in these 6 key areas:
1. Mindset: You’re leading others now, not just yourself, so gather resources on how to do this effectively.
2. Relationships: You’ll want to shift from the role of “peer” to the role of “supervisor/leader” when at work.
3. Attitude: You’ll need to delegate the work and not try to do it all anymore.
4. Perspective: You’ll want to be sure you’re seeing the bigger picture.
5. Focus: You’ll want to focus on what’s right, not what’s easy or self-serving.
6. Skillset: You’ll want to develop new skills to manage your team effectively.

How are you doing in making these shifts so you can succeed?
