Marie has a fascinating story of finding her way back to a childhood dream of creating peace in the world, just not quite in the way she imagined at 8 years old. 😉

After years working in IT, Marie discovered Nonviolent Communication and found a new way of understanding conflict, relationships and our very human reactions to one another. That journey eventually led her to become a conflict resolution coach and mediator.

We’re so excited to have Marie joining our virtual community! Her perspective on communication, connection and navigating conflict is such a meaningful addition to Sulis, and we can’t wait to get to know her more. 💛

This fall, Sulis is welcoming Marie Lacrampe - Relationship Facilitator, Conflict Resolution Coach & Mediator, for two connected offerings in Nonviolent Communication (NVC).

NVC gives us practical tools for navigating the conversations that matter — with our partners, kids, coworkers, and the people we don’t always agree with.

✨ Introduction to NVC
September 28 | 6–8 PM
A 2-hour introduction with guided exercises and small-group practice. No experience needed.

✨ NVC Practice Series
October 5 – November 30
Five sessions designed to take you from “I understand it” to “I can actually use it.”

Both take place inside Sulis Collective, with groups limited to 8.

Shannan is the founder of Blissful Being and brings a beautiful mix of mindfulness, yoga, Reiki and sound healing into her work.

Her work is all about helping people find practices that support them in feeling more grounded, connected and present, without making wellness feel like another thing to add to an already-full life.

With her background as a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Reiki Master, Sound Healing Practitioner and Registered Yoga Teacher, Shannan has created a business rooted in helping others slow down, tune in and make space for themselves.

We’re so thrilled to have you, Shannan! We’re excited to get to know you, learn from you, and see the energy you bring into the Sulis community. 🫶

This week at Sulis

We’re kicking things off today with Manifest Monday ~ a little time to pause, dream, and get intentional about what’s next.

Then Thursday, we’re gathering in a different way for our annual Picnic Potluck. A favourite every year, and one of those simple evenings that reminds us how good it is to just enjoy each other’s company.

And in between, we’ll be welcoming a few women in for Sulis Collective tours and sharing what we’re building here.
