Last month, our conversations around self-care invited us to look deeper.

Not just into routines or rituals, but into the quieter ways we care for ourselves through boundaries, honesty, rest, and recognizing our needs.

We were grateful to have guest expert join us for the April’s theme, sharing self-care through a non-violent communication lens and offering such an important reminder:

Self-care isn’t always about doing more.
Sometimes it’s about listening more closely.

We learned about the wheel of self-care, a way to sit with ourselves and categorize where our care needs to lean into.

Bring a dress you no longer wear, enjoy a beautiful afternoon out, and leave inspired (and maybe with a new-to-you dress too 👗).

This event was created to bring women together in a way that feels intentional, uplifting, and community-centered while supporting an organization doing deeply important work for in our community.
