We’re Light(ing) It Up! for NDEAM! 💙💜

We are excited to Light It Up! for NDEAM tonight, joining our other Agilec locations and hundreds of landmarks, buildings, and community spaces across Canada in a national show of support for disability inclusion and accessibility.

At Agilec, we have the privilege of seeing the impact of inclusion every day. When barriers are removed and opportunities are accessible, individuals have the chance to succeed, workplaces grow stronger, and communities can thrive.

Many people face challenges that aren't visible to those around them.
World Mental Health Day reminds us that small acts of understanding can have a meaningful impact. Checking in, listening without judgment, and creating space for honest conversations can help people feel valued, connected, and seen.

It's also an important reminder to check in with ourselves and extend that same care inward. Taking care of our own well-being matters, and it helps us show up for others, too. 💚
