You might not know that I still do pictures, because I never post about anything online. But I do.

I am trying to currently curate a schedule where I have time to pursue and indulge in all of my passions.

Part of having my life feel like it is flowing smoothly is to have a very regular schedule. I have taught yoga on the same days for years. I am trying to do the same with my photography schedule. Instead of booking random dates here and there, I am going to open my calendar to one weekend of mini sessions per month.

We’ll see how it goes ❤️

A deposit of $50 is required to book a time slot.

A fave from a little mini session this past weekend ❤️❤️❤️. I can’t believe we met when we were pregnant with our oldest babies! And now those babies are freaking 15 😭. Time flies when you are having fun.

I remember being in a workshop one evening upon a time, and although I can not remember who led the workshop unfortunately, I remember her telling us that she did a six minute downward facing dog every single morning. Have you ever tried it? Talk about a practice in both physical and mental endurance. It is so interesting to pay attention to how much discomfort is our body, and how much is in our mind...

The older I get, the longer I practice yoga, the more I realize that most of my “practice”, most of my yoga, is what happens in the spaces between what I do on my mat. The longer that I practice, the more mindful I am of what I do with my body when I am not on my yoga mat, in a posture.

Mackenzie loves adding more movement to her day. She also loves coffee. And, orders it absolutely perfect...
