Sometimes friends just need to hear they’re appreciated. I have SO many people in my life I appreciate. Some I can turn to for just about anything. You know those are MY people....I’m not one to have secrets. I’m a pretty open 📖 I’m Honest. Loyal. Energetic. Fun (well I think I am 😜) and I can wholeheartedly say, my friends bring the same to the table. 💕 💕

What brings joy into your life?
There’s a few things I’ve discovered that have given me a constant feeling of fulfillment ☺️
#1-Staying strong and healthy. My body lets me know when I’ve let things slide a bit too much by feeling sluggish and bloated.
#2- READING 📖 mostly everything that helps me grow as a person. Something about constant learning brings me so much joy and stimulates my mind.
#3-SNUGGLES. Yup those snuggles with my 3 make my whole body happy 💙
Lastly
#4- Organization. I feel content when my home is organized. Even when things are chaotic. A tidy home calms my mind.

Nature....fuels my soul🌳🍂
I ultimately feel at peace outside in the calm while listening to the sounds around me.
Have you ever had a busy week, full of electronics, artificial sounds and constant interaction?
That’s my usual. I LOVE being busy and on the go, but when I get a chance to be ALONE and outside.....I take it and embrace every single moment.
It brings me ✌🏼 and I’m able to reset.
What is your FAVOURITE thing to do that clears your mind?
