I can confirm… they’re every bit as good as they look! 🤤

The gluten-free ice cream sandwiches at Original Udder Guys are made with my homemade gluten-free chocolate chip cookies from PauLeigh’s Kitchen, paired with their incredible made-from-scratch vanilla bean ice cream. It’s a pretty delicious partnership!

This was a fun little cake to create! 🥕✨
Three layers of moist carrot cake filled and frosted with lemon cream cheese frosting, finished with hand-piped buttercream carrots and a touch of sparkle.

There’s just something about carrot cake and lemon that makes the perfect combination!

What’s better than one cake? … Well, TWO of course! 🎂🎂

This weekend was all about creating beautiful cakes from scratch. One rich and decadent Chocolate Cake topped with silky chocolate buttercream, garnished with dark chocolate ganache, fresh raspberries, mint, and chocolate curls… and one light, elegant Lemon Angel Food Cakefilled with lemon curd and blueberries, finished with smooth lemon cream cheese frosting, fresh berries, lemon zest, and mint.

Every cake is made gluten-free, from scratch, with the same care and attention to detail that goes into everything at PauLeigh’s Kitchen. ❤️
