True North Appliance Service

Hi, we're Devon and Gayle, the family behind True North Appliance Service. ❤️

Our story started long before True North Appliance Service. Devon was born and raised in Fernie and earned his Appliance Servicing certification in 2005 before working throughout the Columbia Valley. Along the way, he met his wife, Gayle, and together they began building a life rooted in family, hard work, and service.

In 2011, Devon joined the Canadian Armed Forces as a Combat Engineer, serving across Canada before eventually returning home to the East Kootenays. In 2015, we took a leap of faith and started True North Appliance Service.

Today, we're raising three wonderful children, caring for our family farm, and proudly serving the communities we call home. Life is busy, but we wouldn't have it any other way. The same values that guide us at home, honesty, reliability, and hard work, are the values we bring to every service call.

Thank you for supporting our family business and allowing us to serve this incredible community. We are grateful for every customer who has been part of our journey over the past 10 years. ❤️
