Paddling for a Purpose!

Robar Industries team was proud to participate in Champions of the Crescent — a thrilling relay race, paddle boarding event with an even greater mission.

Every stroke we took was in support of youth and young adult mental health programs across the Lower Mainland. Mental health matters, and we’re committed to doing our part to help break barriers, raise awareness, and ensure young people have access to the resources they need.

A big thank you to the , event organizers, fellow participants, and everyone who donated and cheered us on. It was an incredible day of teamwork, community spirit, and making waves for a cause that truly matters.

On December 24th Robar lost a valuable member of its team. Reg Police was not just an employee, he was family.
Reg worked with Robar for almost 50 years and had he not gotten ill, he would have reached that milestone. He cared about the company, and everyone involved with it.
Reg was passionate about making Robar better and helping our employees in any way he could.
Throughout his career with Robar, Reg has left his mark on almost every aspect of our company. From sales, product design and testing, production and maintenance supervision, engineering, quality, safety and HR. Reg also played an integral part in Robar’s expansions over the years.
Always curious, always learning, we all knew if we had a question, Reg would have the answer and if he didn’t, he would find it.
Reg loved life and was very active. He loved his family, he loved to travel, he was an avid outdoorsman, he was an artist, a photographer and a friend.
He was curious, adventurous and kind.
Robar is a better company because of Reg and won’t feel the same without him. He will be missed by us all.
