We can hardly believe we're already here. Our final weekend of the season!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us this year. From familiar faces to first-time visitors, it's been another wonderful season at Red Bird.

While our tasting room doors are closing, things behind the scenes are only getting busier! October means more harvesting, pressing, fermenting, and plenty of activity! So while we're wrapping up one season, another is already well underway.

Another round of sparkling is getting ready to make its way into the world.
We’ve been busy disgorging bottles just in time for our upcoming W**e Club release - one of those behind-the-scenes jobs that takes a little patience, a steady hand, and is very satisfying once those bottles are ready to go.

Harvest season = a little bit of everything happening all at once.

We’ve been out picking grapes, punching down our Atelier Red, and keeping a close eye on the rosé as it ferments away....and Remi has a new toy to put to work - because apparently harvest wasn’t keeping us busy enough already. 😂

There’s something bittersweet about winding down another season and saying goodbye to the customers, visitors and familiar faces who filled our tasting room and patio over the warmer months.

Our Pinot Noir is officially sold out - and if you had a bottle, you’ll understand why. Bold raspberry and spice meet bright acidity, with notes of black licorice and a subtle touch of vanilla on the finish. Aged for 12 months in new and neutral French oak, then bottled unfined and unfiltered, it’s a true expression of our minimal-intervention approach.
