2014 Marechal Foch
Intensely coloured with a complex earthy nose, this wine fills the mouth with velvety feel and flavours of ripe plum, cocoa, black current and hints of leather. The soft tannins deliver a full, pleasant finish. This wine will readily pair with game meats, hearty beef dishes and full-flavoured pastas. $16.90

2014 Devil's Chair
This deep ruby red coloured wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Marechal Foch varietals and has aromas of coffee along with spicy vanilla notes. It has a broad, velvety mouth feel with flavours of cherry and plum with a berry finish. Enjoy with cheese plates, pastas and grilled or roasted meats of any kind. $16.90

2014 Pinot Noir
A light ruby red colour with a peppery cherry nose. Aged in French oak, this is a light-bodied wine with flavours of cherry and berry along with black pepper making this wine an excellent pairing for salmon, game fowl, ham, chicken and turkey. $16.90

2016 Pinot Gris
This versatile wine offers lemon and lime notes on the nose with pear, melon and green apple flavours and a grapefruit finish. Pairs well with shellfish, cream-based dishes and turkey. $14.90


2016 Autumn Tryst
The scent of orange blossom and apricot is followed by a striking apricot and lemon palate. The superbly balanced sweetness and acidity create a smooth and lingering finish. Enjoy this distinct wine on its own or with pork and Asian dishes. $14.90

2016 Ortega
With a striking peach and grapefruit nose this wine follows through with those flavours along with a hint of pineapple to deliver a long and lively finish. Will pair well with seafood and chicken dishes or alone as a summer sipper. $14.90

2016 Kootenay Crush White
This wine is a complex blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Ortega and Gewürztraminer. It delivers aromas of lychee fruit and berries. The fruity palate has notes of pear, peach and mandarin orange giving way to a crisp and lingering finish. $14.90

2016 Gewurztraminer
A bold Gewürztraminer with aromas of rose, geranium and Lychee fruit on the nose and a delightful floral grapefruit and Seville orange palate. This wine achieves a stunning balance of crisp acidity and subtle sweetness which lends it perfectly to pairing with spicy Mediterranean food and Japanese Yakitori. $14.90

Apple Pie Dessert Wine
Fresh, pure locally grown McIntosh apples were gently pressed at Skimmerhorn Winery to produce an aromatic and delicious juice. The juice was first fermented, then fortified with Skimmerhorn’s Eau de Vie (grape spirit) lightly spiced with Cinnamon and Cloves and a hint of brown sugar added. The result: Apple Pie in a bottle that goes down smooth and easy – simply delicious! $17.90

Cherry Pie Dessert Wine
Fresh, pure locally-grown Sweetheart cherries were gently pressed at Skimmerhorn Winery to produce an aromatic and delicious juice. The juice was first fermented and blended with a sweet reserve, then fortified with Skimmerhorn’s Eau de Vie (grape spirit) lightly spiced with Cinnamon. The result: Cherry pie in a bottle that goes down smooth and easy – simply delicious! $17.90
