After 26 years and 7 months it is time to focus on the next chapter of my life with my wife Kathy. Being part of this community and helping out so many wonderful causes both personally and through some amazing bottle drives with the public supporting causes near and dear to them has been highlights of our business.

We started from humble beginnings and grew the business with the community in mind and pets played an active role in promoting both the business and one of our favourite charities, PAWS.
Kathy and I look forward to staying in the community that we call home and hope that you will continue to support your charities of choice with the new owners of the bottle depot under the new name -Creston Bottle Recycling.

Rain or Shine one of our favourite long weekends is almost here...
We will be open today and Friday to take in your recyclable beverage containers, but closed Saturday to give our great staff some time off to enjoy with family and friends.

Another feel good moment to share with the community. On Sunday May 3, Dave Fowler presented a cheque to the newly appointed PAWS president, Brock Wallace.
Through the generosity of the public and the easy drop off for the PAWS account at the Bottle Depot the cheque was made out for a whopping $7747.10 🥰
We mention the 10 cents because clearly EVERY recyclable beverage container matters and will make a great contribution to the health and well being of the pets in the care of PAWS.

Another great community moment to share.

Congrats to the U15 hockey team for having raised $1323.10 on their Bottle Drive. On Mar. 28, Dave Fowler handed over the cheque to some team members.

As with most holidays, this one is snuck up on us. You still have today and Thursday to bring in your recyclable beverage containers before we give our hard working staff some time off. Have a wonderful Easter Holiday!

The Creston 1746 Army Cadets and supporters pulled off a very successful Bottle Drive on Saturday, March 7.
Kate Hansen, on behalf of the Cadets, picked up a $3501 cheque from Columbia Bottle Recycling's Dave Fowler.
Well done everyone!!!

Is it just us or is February flying by quickly? Family Day is almost here... We will be closed this Saturday the 14th to give our great staff a long weekend to enjoy some well deserved family time.
