I’m Tabitha, RN and Lactation Consultant. I’ve been a nurse for 11 years with the past 4 of those years being in maternal and infant nursing.

I am a passionate advocate for breastfeeding/chestfeeding and maternal-infant health. I strive to provide personalized support and evidence-based guidance to empower parents in their breastfeeding/chestfeeding journey. Whether it’s addressing latch issues, managing milk supply, or navigating pumping and returning to work, I am dedicated to helping families achieve their breast/chestfeeding goals with compassion and understanding.

I am committed to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest research and techniques in lactation support to better serve the needs of parents and babies in the community.
