I help business owners do less by teaching their team to do more with my OFF System.

I help leaders, teams, and trainers communicate better, sell more, and get real results through workshops that actually stick. As a 10X Business Coach licensed through Grant Cardone’s team, I deliver high-impact training in:

-Sales & Marketing that closes
-Communication that connects
-Facilitation that drives performance

With a Master’s in Adult Education and 20+ years of experience from kindergarten to corporate, I know how to engage any audience — and move them to action. I'm also the CEO & Consulting Principal of First Choice Facilitation Inc., where we deliver:
✅ Leadership & Communication Workshops
✅ Team Building & Facilitation Training
✅ Train-the-Trainer Boot Camps
✅ 10X Sales & Marketing Programs (powered by Cardone University)

If you're leading people — and you're serious about growth — I’ll help you communicate with confidence, lead with impact, and drive results your team can feel.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱… 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆.

Does work slow down? Do decisions pile up? Does your phone keep ringing?

A successful business can still depend too much on one person—you.

Here’s a short clip from my first podcast, where AI interviewed me. Ha! 😂 Just giving it a go for fun, with a topic that matters to me.

What’s the first thing that gets stuck when you’re away?

If everything depends on you, the solution isn’t necessarily working more hours.

It may be better systems.
Clearer roles.
More ownership.
Stronger accountability.
Better leadership.

That’s what I help service business owners build.

Work less. Your team does more.

Sixty doors. Sixty handshakes. And I dropped most of those balls. 😬

This fall I’ve done over 60 cold walk-ins for my Meet & Greets. And with most of them? I never followed up. I left them as orphans.

This week’s newsletter is my honest confession, plus the pirate framework (yes, really 🏴☠️) that showed me where businesses lose customers. Spoiler: it’s not at the door. It’s right after the handshake.

Plus a 20-minute “Catch the Ball” tool you can do today. 👇

🌟 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 & 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗶𝘇 — 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 #𝟲𝟯 🌟

It was wonderful connecting with the Amity Trust team at WOBE! 𝗜 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗻.

A new friendship—and we have already made plans!

Marlene and Yiwen are helping lead women entrepreneurs through YWCA Saskatoon’s PowerUP program, and I’m thrilled to be getting involved.

PowerUP offers small-business training and support for new and existing self-employed women entrepreneurs, including coaching, business-skills development, business planning and networking.

I’ll be helping participants put strong operations and systems in place early—so they can scale and grow without hitting a wall when the clients and workload begin piling up.
Build the systems now so growth never becomes the bottleneck. I can’t wait to get started!

🌟 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 & 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗶𝘇 — 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 #𝟲𝟭 🌟

“Feel Stronger. Think Clearer. Age with Intention.” What a powerhouse message—and I’m in, Kara!

It was wonderful seeing Kara from Aion Wellness Studio at WOBE. We were both busy and only a few booths apart, so we didn’t get nearly enough time together. Kara is incredibly knowledgeable about functional wellness, and I have so much to learn from her!

AION combines personalized wellness strategies with advanced technology to support goals such as greater strength, more energy, improved brain health and healthy aging. Their Warman studio is also just a short drive from Saskatoon. Learn more about AION Wellness Studio.

I want to remain strong and vibrant so I can lift my grandchildren, run after them and be the fun grandma for years to come. If you think I’m already a bubbly chatterbox—just wait! 😂

🌿 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 & 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗶𝘇 — 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 #𝟲𝟬 🌿

What an amazing conversation with the plant expert from Redberry Greenhouse at WOBE! I could have easily spent another two hours learning from him.

With so many beautiful plants to choose from, I can’t wait to visit again and pick out a few favourites for my home. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the conversation such a memorable part of the trade show!
