The last two days of our 10X Business Coach Mastermind were packed with practical tools, honest conversations, and strategies we can take directly into our businesses.
We worked backwards from our yearly goals to create:
Yearly targets → Monthly targets → Weekly targets → Daily actions
Because a big goal only becomes achievable when we know exactly what needs to happen today.
We also explored how to:
✔ Diagnose the real problem before prescribing a solution
✔ Hire the right people and build a strong 90-day onboarding manual
✔ Improve sales and marketing systems
✔ Use measurable data to guide business decisions
✔ Turn goals into focused daily action lists
One statement especially stood out:
“Your business or personal culture is what you allow.”
The standards we tolerate become the culture we create.
That also means we cannot avoid tough conversations. Strong leadership requires us to address issues early, clearly, and respectfully—using data rather than emotion.
I am leaving these two days with stronger tools, clearer targets, and an even greater commitment to helping business owners build the people, systems, and structure needed to grow.
The goal is not simply to work harder.
It is to build a business where the right actions are clear, the right people are supported, and progress can be measured every day.
