Overview:
Through this one-hour interactive workshop, you’ll learn about the five generations who are showing up in volunteer organizations today. In addition, you’ll gain insight into how to respond given that each generation communicates differently, wants to be led differently, has its own definition of a work ethic as a volunteer, and is looking for different outcomes.
