International Women's Day!

Running a welding business in a male-dominated trade isn't always the typical path-but it's one I'm proud of.

The best part, My two little girls get to grow up watching it happen. They see that women can weld, build, run businesses, solve problems, and work hard.

My hope is that they grow up knowing they can be anything they want to be-whether that's in the trades, a boardroom, a classroom, or somewhere completely different.

Happy International Women's Day to all the strong women out there doing their thing. 👩🏻‍🏭
