Landowners don't have to beg the Land and Property Rights Tribunal to terminate the right of an oil and gas operator to enter your land if they are delinquent in payment. That's what this press conference was all about.

Landowner Mark Dorin is fed up - despite following all the proper channels, MAGA Energy Inc. still hasn't paid their rents for oil wellsites on his land in over 3 years. Yesterday he tore up his lease, blocked access to the wells, and is encouraging other landowners to do the same.
