Shaolin Kempo Training Center - SKTC Self defense, health, confidence, and personal growth are only some of the benefits of Shaolin Kempo. My teacher is Shihan Thomas Ingargiola.

Everyone is welcome to share their experiences and ask question, whether you have never taken a class or have been at it for years! We teach shaolin kempo with more emphasis on the Chinese flavor of the art than some schools. A great insipration to me. We love to learn and explore as we train in shaolin kempo.
