Everyone is welcome to share their experiences and ask question, whether you have never taken a class or have been at it for years! We teach shaolin kempo with more emphasis on the Chinese flavor of the art than some schools. A great insipration to me. We love to learn and explore as we train in shaolin kempo.

Father, as this day comes to a close, I bring You everything I am still carrying: the conversations I cannot change, the decisions I question, the fears I tried to control, and the burdens I was never meant to hold alone.
