TCC Canada and its employees wouldn’t look at you the wrong way if you admitted it.
We’ve become accustomed to the wonderful perks of working here. So much so that we have each daydreamed about including aspects into our dream homes.

Our Community Associate, Hamzah, made his rounds across our two Downtown Ottawa locations, The Collaboration Centre and Laurier Centre, to ask our staff how they would retrofit a TCC feature into their personal lives.

Checking in regularly with your team and your coworkers is the ultimate flex.

Not just their work progress
Not just how their weekend went
Not just the one or two word responses we all give and take

One unhealthy mind or spirit can break your goals. All it takes is one day unchecked for a team member to totally check out.

TCC Canada prides itself in establishing connectivity with everyone who walks through our front doors. Schedule is overloaded and unable to keep track of all your members? Find peace knowing we probably already offered a smile, asked how they are, offered a high-five, or a sugary treat.

That’s why our locations are each stocked up treats at the front desk. No interest in sharing your storm clouds somedays? No problem. Grab some chocolate or candy and take a moment to yourself.

Once again, brought together founders, investors, mentors, government leaders, ecosystem builders, and innovators from across Canada, and the energy in the room was a reminder of what’s possible when the right people come together with a shared vision for the future of Canadian innovation.

TCC Canada was proud to be part of alongside , supporting the kind of conversations, collaboration, innovation, and community impact this ecosystem needs more of.

Over the course of the event, ideas were challenged, connections were made, partnerships were formed, and conversations around entrepreneurship, commercialization, investment, procurement, defence innovation, and the future of Canadian business were pushed forward by the people actively building it.

From PitchFest and Founder Showcase to fireside chats, networking, and Tough Topics Tiny Tables, there was a level of openness, honesty, and momentum throughout the event that made MASHUP26 feel genuinely impactful.

A huge congratulations to all the founders who stepped onto the stage and shared what they’re building. That takes courage.

Last month, we welcomed to Laurier Centre for a live mural painting event and watched this incredible piece come to life.

At TCC Canada, we believe the spaces we create should reflect the communities around them, and a community without artists would be missing something important.

Watching this mural evolve from the first sketch to the final details was a beautiful reminder that strong communities are built when different creators come together.

Huge love to for bringing his vision, talent, and energy into this with us.
