Building your personal resilience starts with recognizing your core values and how you are cultivating them in your life.

Check out these FREE Thrive Resources to help you identify and cultivate your core values. Use the “Core Values Exercise” link first and go through the steps – this also asks you to have someone else speak into your life about what values they see lived out in your life. Once you’ve taken the time to complete the Exercise, then open the “Core Values Planning” link and figure out how you are going to work these into your everyday life.

You need to identify your core values, but you also need to cultivate them and work on them.
