Each week, Focus IVM will highlight a member of the team in an effort to showcase their contributions to the company!

This week: Focus IVM Morale Officer and Shop Mascot, Penny Cumiskey!

Penny was raised in Eston Saskatchewan, then moved to Eatonia in the spring of 2017 as Supervising Herbicide Applicator with Focus IVM. Penny graduated from the Academy of Good Dogs in 2007 with a Degree in Good Dog Behavior.

Penny acts as the overall Operations Supervisor at Focus IVM and is an integral part to the everyday operation of Focus IVM. Penny does a great job at ensuring all safety measures are met, all budgets are set and all the pets requirements are filled! You can see Penny around the Focus yard in her orange safety vest and in the shop with her very own Carharts.

Penny’s hard work is much appreciated by all the staff at Focus IVM!

This week: Focus IVM Program Manager, Sydney McEvoy!

From Eston, Saskatchewan, Sydney graduated from Western Academy Broadcasting College with a Diploma in Television and Radio in 2017. After 5 and a half years in radio, Sydney began her time with Focus IVM in November of 2020.

Sydney operates office activity, provides assistance to staff with various operational programming and assists with health and safety management within Focus. Sydney is a great addition to the Focus IVM crew!

Originally from Eatonia, Saskatchewan, Max graduated from Lakeland College in Lloydminster, Alberta with a Power Engineering Certificate in 2020.

Max began his time with Focus IVM as a Herbicide Applicator in the Summer of 2020.

During the spray season, Max is busy with Foreman duties! Max’s efforts are an integral part of Focus IVM’s operation during the winter and summer months!

This week: Focus IVM Supervisor, Quinton Somerville!

From Eatonia, Saskatchewan, Quinton began his time with Focus IVM in the summer of 2018 as a Herbicide Applicator.

Quinton is our Shop Manager in the winter months, and a Foreman and Site Supervisor in the summer months during the spray season. Quinton is a pillar to a smooth running operation through out the year with Focus IVM!
