I love this painting from the late, great Art Whitehead. He said to me, one time in the Cafe, "bring in a couple pictures you took of the coast in New Zealand and I will paint you one". This was right after our trip with Clint and Lor and Payton and Brittany. He gifted me this masterpiece that he could have charged a $1000 to anyone else, out of the kindness of his ❤️. I can still see where I put my finger in the wet paint of the ocean wave, right in front of him 😆 and look on his face 🙄. It will always have a special place in my office, as I can easily day dream about road tripping up the west coast with best people 💓
