Today we entered the Paschal Triduum.
Which is the three-day period beginning with the evening of Holy Thursday and ending with the evening of Easter Sunday, commemorating the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
What a beautiful celebration.

This morning I had the most beautiful coffe moment in ourr hot tub with amazing company (the love of my Life….hubby). -8 weather and the most interesting conversation. Life can’t be better.

One sentence reframed everything…

“Real change doesn’t start with action. Starts with identity. Starts with who you decide to be”

I believed that for me any change was all in the “doing”. I tried to force new behaviours onto an old identity. I focused on the habits but I did not paused to ask myself… Who am I becoming this year” and because this part wasn’t clear….guess what ? Old patterns always came back.

But when my identity started to line up with my purpose, values, standards; making choices is easier, and my new habits are sticking.
This year I am committed to myself , my personal growth and to make this year an incredible year!!!
