I spent 30 years working for corporations and non profits in the US and Philippines, but all that time I was wishing I had more time for what matters most — my family.   So when I turned 50, I decided it was now or never if I wanted to change my life. I started an internet-based business and now I consult with people all over the world about working online and I’m part of an amazing global community of more than 100,000 members! After 30 years, I finally have work life balance and I was even able to be in Canada for my dad’s 90th birthday this year! I am truly blessed to have found a business that aligns with my values and allows me to to take care of my elderly parents, help others, and travel whenever I want! There's no guarantee of success because success requires a willingness to learn and a lot of hard work, but I can teach you all the basics needed to start and run a small internet-based business.

Just back from a quick 5-day trip to Colorado!!! ✈️🐎🏜️ I'm very blessed to have work that allows me to travel and meet and work with amazing people from diverse backgrounds. This visit, we did a super fun "Old West" photo shoot in Manatou Springs, Colorado...!!! ☺️☺️☺️

Super thankful and blessed to be back in Canada to celebrate my mom's 94th and my dad's 95th birthdays!!! Besides some very good Japanese genes, both my parents follow a healthy diet and were physically active until the age of 88 -- habits I try to follow in my own life. ❤️❤️❤️

I can't believe I've already been back in the Philippines for 3 weeks!!! Time seems to fly by these days. It always feels like a bit of a whirlwind for me when I change countries -- when I'm back in Manila, I never seem to have enough time to catch up with friends, my church small group, and take care of everything that needs to be done with my condo unit, but I'm still happy every time I come back to sunny (or rainy) Manila!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Cuteness overload...!!! 😍😍😍 Super grateful to have been able to spend 6 days with my best friend, 2 godsons, and their uber adorable dog (he reminds me of a muppet!!!) in Seattle. ❤❤❤

Happy Blessed Mother's Day to all the amazing moms...!!! 🌷🌷🌷 I am so blessed to have a kind and loving mom who, at almost 94 years of age, still loves to put on makeup and a beautiful dress to visit my almost 95-year-old dad every day! 🩷🩷🩷

In the midst of a month that was already super hectic, I attended the Every Nation World Conference in Manila -- a tri-annual gathering of participants from churches in 80 nations. At first, I questioned why I was doing this to myself (I had a migraine and so the lights and noise in the MOA Arena were akin to torture), but every day I ran into friends and former colleagues from around the globe -- from Australia, from Finland, from the across the Philippines, from the USA, from Latin America -- some whom I have known for more than 30 years. That's when I realized it's not the experiences but the relationships we build that make the best memories! 🥰🥰🥰

This week's -- one of the upsides of having lived and worked in 4 different countries is that I have friends all over the world... one of the downsides is that I miss them terribly when either they or I move again! So it was truly a joy to share a meal and spend quality time with 2 of my favorite people on the planet this weekend!!! 🥰🥰🥰
