We are looking for a Customer Service Rep / Material Handler for our location in STONY PLAIN.
An Emco Customer Service Representative is expected to:

Job Summary
A Customer Service Representative provide sales support to walk-in customers who come to our Profit Centre counters. Your goal is to provide the highest level of customer service by maintaining, stocking and keeping a clean counter sales area. You are expected to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers via the counter, warehouse, telephone and email.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Assist customers with their inquiries as well as enter and pick orders generated at the counter, via the phone and email.
Research products for customers, provide recommendations based on their requirements as well as provide customers with quotations.
Follow-up on backorders with vendors and provide customers with accurate delivery dates
Resolve issues related to customer orders as well as processing returns and warranty claims
Receiving functions: unloading of trucks, receiving and putting product away, receiving of the purchase order in our system and filing of paperwork
Perform other tasks as requested by the Profit Centre Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Positive Can-Do attitude
Strong interest in personal learning and growth
Excellent relationship building skills with customers, vendors and teammates
Knowledge of computers with ability to learn relevant software. Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset
Intermediate math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
Willing to invest a minimum of 40 hours in training annually
Able to learn how to operate material handling equipment
Read, write, speak and understand English
Willingness to learn the business
University or College preferred but not required
Willing to train the right candidates
Successful completion of our hiring process
