The previous home owners had done a strange layout to try and make the rear storage room accessible. We have come in and helped re imagine the space to allow access to the back storage and still have a functioning bathroom that looks beautiful and works within the clients budget.

SURPRISE SCHEDULE OPENING!!!

Renovation By Design Inc. has a project that has rescheduled their start time and we have some availability this month and into February.

Thank you to our wonderful clients for choosing us to help them finish a shower, in their basement guest bathroom, in time for Christmas.

They wanted a clean looking shower for guests and future use of their family as they grow. Considering our clients wishlist, and the current structure of their home, we were unable to expand the shower space.

To ensure we maximized the space we had to work with we wanted to make sure it was done with tile, not a surround, and that we included the ceiling so it would not get any water damage for overspray.

The current waterlines were moved into the wall to allow for more space, as well as adding an adjustable shower bar with removable shower head to make the shower usable for people of all heights, sizes and functional for all uses including any fur babies that are low to the ground.

We are so grateful to our clients for choosing and trusting us to help them finish their space to be a fully functional 3 piece basement bathroom. We hope you are very happy with your beautiful new shower and that it functions just as you hoped!

Here is a sneak peak of the after on our clients front steps and porch. We did a side clad design with a vertical strip of composite in a large piece and then a small piece and mitred the corners. Full size picture frame steps on each level and a gorgeous black railing. She needs a good bath and we will post the details!
