Before the late 1970s, lead was an extremely common ingredient in paint. Many old buildings and structures in Canada still have surfaces coated in it. The bad news? Sanding or scraping lead paint without proper controls can release toxic dust into the air.
Certified removal and disposal of lead paint is critical for safety. Following the correct procedures protects workers, communities, and environments. We’re ready to help, because truly safe spaces start with informed action.

One of the biggest challenges an organization faces when it comes to remediation or abatement is the disruption it causes to operations.
With our expertise, safety doesn’t mean shutting down. Thanks to precision planning, we can create controlled work zones, maintain strict safety barriers, and coordinate schedules without impacting other areas of activity.
Your team stays protected. Your work stays moving. In our book, that’s a win-win scenario.

It’s a grim fact: in Canada, asbestos was widely used in construction materials for decades. And if your building was constructed before the 1990s, materials like ceiling tiles, insulation, drywall compounds, or floor tiles may still contain it.
The presence of asbestos cannot be confirmed by sight alone. Disturbing it without testing can release microscopic fibres into the air. If you’re renovating or demolishing an older building, professional assessment to identify asbestos is always the responsible first step. Let us handle the risk, so you can move forward safely.

After fire or severe damage, the safety risks can extend far beyond what you can see. Soot particles, harmful residues, and other exposed materials can compromise air quality. Inhalation of these substances can cause sickness, injury, or even death.
That’s why when we remediate a damaged area, air filtration is a non-negotiable protocol. Because true safety starts with air we can breathe.

When it comes to renovating older buildings, asbestos can be hiding anywhere. Cutting, drilling, or demolishing the wrong materials can release asbestos fibres into the air. And that’s a potentially deadly health risk for both your people and the community in the surrounding area.
Our advice? Test before you renovate. Proper identification, containment, and removal minimizes danger. We’re ready to help you renovate responsibly – no project too big, no challenge too complex.

Lead piping still presents a health hazard in Canada. If your home or workplace was built before the 1960s, there’s a good chance your plumbing system may be contaminated.
How can you tell?
Step One: Confirm the building’s age.
Step Two: Examine exposed pipes. Lead pipes are usually dull grey and feel soft compared to steel. If you scratch the surface with a key, a lead surface will easily reveal a shiny silver colour underneath.
Step Three: Check for markings – lead pipes often have no manufacturer stamp.

If you notice any of these signs – or if you’re unsure – it’s time to call the pros in. Our teams are ready to identify and remove lead piping quickly, safely, and with our trademark calm confidence.

We don't just "remove" material; we remediate with extreme attention to detail. Our team uses:
Negative Air Pressure: Ensuring no fibers escape the work zone.
HEPA Filtration: Scrubbing the air to keep your environment pure.
Full Containment: Sealing off the site to protect your family or employees.
The AFTER: Once our thorough, efficient process is complete, you’re left with a clean slate. No more health worries—just a safe, hazardous-material-free space ready for your beautiful new floors, modern ceilings, or open-concept layout.
Don't guess when it comes to your health. Trust the experts to do it right the first time.

In the abatement industry, what you can’t see is just as important as what you can.
This space had mold hidden in the walls, which is bad news for both the structure and the people inside it. Luckily, we came in to do what we do best and now it’s safe, clean, and ready for what’s next 😎
