π‘»π’‰π’Šπ’” 𝒐𝒏𝒆 π’Žπ’Šπ’ˆπ’‰π’• 𝒓𝒖𝒇𝒇𝒍𝒆 𝒂 π’‡π’†π’˜ 𝒇𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔… 🀭

Every now and then, I see people promoting an online business by saying:

β€œNo team to build!”

As if that’s automatically a selling point. 🀨

And every time, I catch myself thinking:
Personally? I want to help grow a team. ❀️

Not because I want to manage people.

But because helping other people succeed has become one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

When someone I mentor earns their first commission…
When they start believing in themselves…
When they realize they really can create more freedom, more choices, and more opportunities for their family…

I celebrate almost as much as they do. πŸ₯³πŸ₯³

That’s the beauty of a business built on mentorship.

Yes, leadership comes with responsibility.

It takes patience.
It takes consistency.
And it takes a genuine desire to see other people succeed.

But when you’re willing to grow into that role, your impact goes far beyond your own results.

You get to help change someone else’s future.

And that’s never been something I’ve wanted to avoid.

Quite the opposite.

It’s exactly the kind of business I wanted to build.

At the end of the day, there isn’t one business model that’s right for everyone.

But for me?

I’ll choose the one where my success grows by helping other people build theirs.

Because in the end…

People build businesses. Not the other way around. 🀍

✨Hi, if we haven’t met, I’m Marie-Franceβ€”a working sports mom and online business coach. I help busy women build a flexible online business using a proven system, so they can create more options for their time and future.✨

The first type are looking for something they can simply plug into and immediately see results. They don’t really want to put in the time to learn, grow or improveβ€”and when success doesn’t come quickly, they blame the system, their coach or everyone around them. πŸ™„

The second group does put in the effort. They learn. They show up. They genuinely want it.

But somewhere along the way, they start comparing their progress to everyone else’s. They jump from one strategy to another, constantly searching for the missing pieceβ€”or they convince themselves that someone else’s faster success means they aren’t capable.πŸ˜•

Eventually, they stop… sometimes much closer to their breakthrough than they realize.

Those are the people I feel for the most.

Not because I think everyone must stay in a business that isn’t right for them. But because I’ve seen talented, capable people walk awayβ€”not because they couldn’t do it, but because they stopped believing they could.

Then there’s the third group.

The ones who decide they’re in it for the long haul.

They don’t expect every month to look the same. They understand that building something meaningful requires patience, consistency and a willingness to keep learning.

They use the tools. They ask questions. They make adjustments. They take responsibility for their growth.

Most importantly, they don’t assume that a strategy β€œdoesn’t work” simply because they haven’t yet figured out how to make it work for them. πŸ™Œ

Those are the people I keep showing up for every day.

The ones who are willing to be coachedβ€”but also willing to coach themselves through the hard days.

The ones who understand that confidence often comes after taking action, not before.

The ones who may feel discouraged, frustrated or impatient…but choose to take the next step anyway.

I can give someone the tools, strategies, support and mentorshipβ€”but I can’t make the decision to keep going for them.πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

That decision has to be theirs.

And when someone makes that decision over and over again?

That’s usually when everything begins to change.

So the real question isn’t whether you have what it takes.

It’s whether you’re willing to stay long enough to discover what you’re capable of.πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

The laundry.
The groceries.
The meal prep.
Making sure everything was ready for Monday. It was like the β€œreal” weekend was only on Saturday.

In the back of my mind, the weekend was already coming to an end.

Don’t get me wrongβ€”I still have a 9-5.

But something has changed.

I know I’m building something that won’t have me counting down to retirement or wondering if this is what the next 20 years look like.

Maybe it takes another year.
Maybe two.

But there’s finally an end in sight. πŸ˜ƒ

That changes how Sundays feel πŸ’―

Instead of mourning the weekend, I find myself enjoying it a little more… staying on the patio a little longer… being present with the people who matter.

Because I’m no longer just getting through the week.

I’m intentionally building a life that gives me more freedom with my time.

And that feeling is worth every early morning, every coaching call, and every step it takes to get there. ❀️

Have you ever caught yourself feeling that Sunday anxiety?
