Every now and then, I see people promoting an online business by saying:
βNo team to build!β
As if thatβs automatically a selling point. π€¨
And every time, I catch myself thinking:
Personally? I want to help grow a team. β€οΈ
Not because I want to manage people.
But because helping other people succeed has become one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
When someone I mentor earns their first commissionβ¦
When they start believing in themselvesβ¦
When they realize they really can create more freedom, more choices, and more opportunities for their familyβ¦
I celebrate almost as much as they do. π₯³π₯³
Thatβs the beauty of a business built on mentorship.
Yes, leadership comes with responsibility.
It takes patience.
It takes consistency.
And it takes a genuine desire to see other people succeed.
But when youβre willing to grow into that role, your impact goes far beyond your own results.
You get to help change someone elseβs future.
And thatβs never been something Iβve wanted to avoid.
Quite the opposite.
Itβs exactly the kind of business I wanted to build.
At the end of the day, there isnβt one business model thatβs right for everyone.
But for me?
Iβll choose the one where my success grows by helping other people build theirs.
Because in the endβ¦
People build businesses. Not the other way around. π€
