Clients believed we could guarantee approval, but that isn’t accurate—no one can guarantee approval.
This is especially true now, as Canada is tightening policies around temporary residents.
At most, we can assess whether an application is strong or weak.
There’s also a significant difference between how applications were processed during COVID and how they are handled now.
It’s not really comparable—before, approvals were much more lenient, but now visa refusals have become far more common. Even applicants with strong documentation are often being denied visas to Canada.

Over the past years, we have proudly assisted families and applicants through complex immigration processes on a pro bono basis. While we remain committed to supporting our clients and giving back to the community, we have made this decision to ensure we can continue providing the highest level of service and dedicate sufficient resources and expertise to every client’s case.
