A little bit about the owner (me!)
I have been a caregiver most of my life.
Being driven to help others succeed, I have been a professional support worker for over 10 years.
With a knowledge base in recruitment for medical staff, I understand what is needed to have knowledgeable employees.
Having experienced serious injuries and the need for care, I understand how important home care is.
Having these experiences is the driving force behind my vision. I want to help others and build a company of care that understands its importance, strives for professionalism, and ensures that our care team is properly compensated with a living wage!
