On this cozy, snowy holiday Monday there is no where I would rather be than curled up on this chair with a cuppa and a book whilst my kids play beneath my feet. bzzzzzzzzp [enter reality] my front entrance is a mash of dirt and snow from two different weather days and outdoor play; my boys have bickered, my book has sat unread... BUT WHO CARES. I have a family home that is perfectly imperfect and filled with so much love, grace, and tiny cackles of laughter (those toddler laughs that reach the toes are my all-time favourite!). It’s the day-to-day mundane that is truly magical and I am forever grateful.
Also thank you .harvest for the endless pauses of peace and tranquility you bring to your feed. I dream through your feed!

Nothing like a little studio cleanup to kick off the week with a fresh new vibe. Found these oldies but goodies. All of our work is hand-painted in studio, which leaves me with a full floor of old sketches and paintings. Anybody have a good idea for my stacks and stacks of originals?!!
