"I was 5 years old when I first saw a man sleeping outside. My mom said he was homeless. I didn’t understand why he didn’t have a home like I did. I felt so sad, how could life be like that. I asked my mom if we could help so we started to collect items from friends to donate. I knew this wouldn’t help him get a home but I thought it could help out a little bit.

I want to start a youtube channel. I want to help people see that they can do something to help a homeless person as well. I just interviewed a homeless man, his name is Jessie.

I had a list of questions I asked him. He is really nice and smart. Jessie loves to read books and likes grape crush pop.
He told me he doesn’t like being homeless, it’s dangerous and he said he isn’t a free man out here. I think people should know stuff like that, don’t you?"
