The first Spierings SK2400-R in North America is in our yard!

The strongest mobile tower crane in the world. This crane is equipped with a 42m jib that can lift up to 18 ton and 5.5 ton at the tip.

The crane sets up in 60 mins. Which includes installing counterweight and tracks. No extra crane is needed and only two trailers are required for transport.

VanGenderen Canada's Lift of the Year Submission for Under 20T! The Spierings SK1265-AT6 at the Haultain Building in downtown Edmonton!

This lift was done in July 2025. The purpose of the lift was to replace the air units on top of the building. Due the underground pedways surrounding the building, the SK1265 was only able to be placed on the South side of the building. Shoring was placed in the pedways to support the weight of the crane.

Additionally, the crane had to sit on layers of rig mats to increase the height of the hook to create more room for the air unit to be lifted over the building. The heaviest unit lifted was about 6295kg.

After seeing how effiecent the Spierings SK1265 was, the crane was stationed at the Haultain building for a couple more weeks lifting various materials to the roof.

At the beginning of the month Nina, Reina, and Adrian attended the 2026 CCRA Annual Conference in Halifax.

Nina presented an entry for the Lift of Year Award under 20T. The lift submitted was an extremely complex lift that took place in downtown Edmonton during Summer 2025 with the Spierings SK1265-AT6.

Thank you to the CCRA for hosting a fun week in Halifax!
