Art has been my life and passion since the first time I picked up a marker and drew my first picture. Since that point the passion has become more refined as I focused my efforts into design and photography. I graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a BFA in New Media and have experience working in a versitile design studio, freelancing and the newspaper field. To create simple, eye-catch

Phew! As the lovely Photography By Safauna pointed out I haven't posted in a year. A lot has happened in the past year that I won't go through however, one big change is that I have now officially relocated to Edmonton.

The future of Ocean of Noise is a bit up in the air at the moment. I am still shooting and still will shoot because I love it, but I'm also broadening what I'm doing creatively. I'm excited to be creative directing my first music video this summer for instance!

I'm also working on a special project that is close to my heart and I hope that when I am ready to announce it, that I will have people willing to support and be involved in it with me! (This should also be announced this summer!)

I will have a booth at Ever After this Sunday (March 11, starting at 12). This will be one of the few times to sit down and discuss weddings with me for the next while. It will also be a chance to learn more about how to get involved with Wood Buffalo Pageants!

This is not my full time job. I work full time as a photojournalist/commercial photographer/graphic designer and this is what I do in my spare time because I love it. I'm starting to feel like I have 5 jobs though and what I started because it made me happy is starting to exhaust me (plus other photographers trying to steal info/clients/pricing/style etc.) I'm going back to my roots and focusing on more personal/fashion/editorial style images for the time being. It is how I started, what made me skilled, and where my passion lies. Since I am in a position to be able to choose, I think it's the best course for me to take. I am beyond excited to share the images in my head and continue working with great models and brands like History Clothing and Lift! (you guys rock for all the support).
