Nick and Family Part II

A little over three years ago, Nick asked me to take photos of his family one Saturday morning. They asked me to do the same thing again and we decided to do the session on the same park.

It's amazing how much the kids have grown in only three years. Their youngest was just a baby back then. During this session, I could barely keep up with them as they zoomed around the park trying to get near the geese.

It was one of those sessions where everything went well and everybody had a lot of fun.

Thinking I needed practice shooting fast moving subjects, I decided to ask a friend if I could take photos of his good friend Bowie.

Bowie is a curious and very energetic two year old who just loves to run around, usually chasing his ball. He was so fast and changes direction so quickly, me and the camera's auto focus could barely keep up. Bowie was the perfect subject for what I had in mind that day.

It was very nice meeting Bowie and I had a wonderful time taking his pictures; it was a lot of fun. 'Till next time Bowie, hope to accompany you on one of your walks again.

Whew, it was waaaarrmmmm the last few days. Perhaps a trip West to the Canadian Rockies or to one of the lakes is in order (sorry, I'm based in Edmonton =D )
