Kenya Rae Photography http://kenyaraephotography.wordpress.com Upon introduction, Kenya Rae Hushagen has grown use to confirming they've heard right "...yup, like the country".

A romantic story she loves to tell over and over again about her parents meeting as young adults in the African country. Kenya believes that large fluffy snow flakes, the world at 'magic hour', and most of all; photographs of people caught in their essence are some of the greatest things you could ever look at. She believes that moments are there to be captured because as much as we would love to remember every single detail, the hippocampus in our brain is not a lifetime warranty camera. Because of this, she inherited an enormous desire to document her's and the life of others to remember & celebrate for always. When not behind the lens, Kenya enjoys pretending she's on a Food Network Program, wishing she was famous, rumaging through vintage shops, being incredibly adventurous and above all.... reaching her life goal of touching every continent (yes, including Antartica) by travelling all corners of the world. I'm Kenya Rae Hushagen, a photographer based out of Edmonton, Alberta and sometimes internationally.
