Remember that whole shift into Sacred Economics I've been talking about?

Well, I've been leaning right on into how I'm going to apply it to the rest of my offerings. And I've got something to share with you 😊.

I've just hit publish on my new Breathwork Facilitation Certification (Foundations - Level 1) course.
Again, no launch, no earlybird, no time spent nurturing and sharing in preparation for.

Just simple sharing.

Also...the course is available by donation until February 16. After that time I'll be shifting to more of a tiered pricing model.
Up until this point, my primary offering has been a 300hr Breathwork Facilitator Training. It's super comprehensive, and takes a pretty significant commitment on your part - financially, energetically and with your time.

And, if you know that you want to become a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and go all in on it, this course is still your best option.
But, I didn't want it to be your only option.

So, I created a Foundational Certification for Breathwork Facilitation.

One that could be more of an intro and give you the basics you need to start integrating the practice more deeply for yourself and perhaps even into your own offerings.

Aaaaaaand...I'm offering the course on a donation-based model, just like I did with the Meditation Training Foundations course (for the next week - ending February 16)

I didn’t see this coming… but when Spirit speaks, I listen.

A few years ago, I came across the work of Charles Eisenstein and his teachings on Sacred Economics—a way of exchanging value based on trust, generosity, and reciprocity rather than rigid pricing and scarcity tactics. It resonated deeply, but I wasn’t sure how to apply it.

And then, just recently, I saw my dear friend Elise (if you don't know her, you're living under a rock 😆 - go check her out ) offer her course in this way, and something inside me clicked.

I realized: I don’t want to do launches. I don’t want to create urgency through deadlines. I want my work to flow freely, just like the practice of Meditation itself.

So, I’ve made the shift.

While Winter is not yet time for planting seeds nor tending to the new sprouts 🌱 we lovingly care for, it is time for planning the garden, for being in the curiosity of what might wish to grow this year.

Perhaps, like us, you are feeling the call to deepen your relationship with the earth. With what it means to be in connection with fellow humans and plants and animals. Maybe you're looking to explore new skills that involve making things with your hands.

And maybe, you're asking questions like 'What does community actually mean?' and 'How do we find spaces where we can gather and support and celebrate together?'

Maybe you long for spaces where your children are welcome. Where men and women and young and old come together to craft, create and work alongside each other.
