At some point, a man stops trying to be impressive to everyone and starts becoming someone worth admiring by the few who actually matter.

If you’re not doing it for your wife, you’re probably doing it for the female gaze, and that becomes soulless.

The ambition stays. The edge stays. The taste stays.
Only the audience changes, thats the season we’re in.

You don’t lose the hunger. You just become more selective about who gets to eat at the table.

END OF AN ERA.

This is where we say goodbye.

The original Clothing & Culture | Wear Your Conxeppt logo was created in 2018, before the brand had clients, stories, history, or any real idea of what it would eventually become.

My lifelong friend Brock Melnyk and I worked on it for hours together. At the time, it was simply a logo for an idea we believed in.

Eight years later, that mark has travelled further than we could have imagined.

It has been stitched into suits, printed on clothing, placed on walls, carried into meetings, weddings, restaurants, events and cities. More importantly, it represents the beginning of friendships, relationships and a community that became much bigger than clothing.

But every evolution requires the death of something that came before it.

The rebrand is complete. The transition has already begun. And now, after eight years, we officially retire the original Conxeppt brand-mark

Not because we have become something different.

Because we have finally become more of what we were always meant to be.

This isn’t a reinvention. It’s an evolution. ⚔️

This first logo represents where was born.

And the new logo marks our new direction.

And appropriately, the next chapter begins with ETERNAL LIFE. FW26 - 8

A farewell to one identity.
The beginning of another.

The logo dies. The culture lives forever.

True story, we were 50/50 on having kids…

I loved my life. The freedom, travel, spontaneity, building a business and being able to do almost anything on my own schedule.

I knew kids would change that. I just didn’t understand how much. I was scared that I wouldn’t like being a dad.

Looking back at the times I thought I was tired before kids is almost laughable. You don’t really understand exhaustion until you’ve been up half the night and still have little people depending on you the next morning.

Parenthood is hard. You’re both tired. Your patience gets shorter. You get frustrated. There’s less time for yourself, less alone time, more responsibility, and your relationship has to evolve alongside all of it.

We post the birthdays, vacations, first steps and beautiful mornings.

We don’t usually post 3:00 a.m wake ups, being full of puke all day, and the endless amount of wining.

The disagreements because you’re both exhausted. The cold dinners. Cancelled plans. The guilt of working when you want to be home, and thinking about work when you’re home.

There’s a strange tension between wanting five minutes to yourself and missing them the second you get it.

But somewhere inside all that exhaustion is more love than I knew I was capable of feeling.

Before kids, I thought about what I would have to give up. Now I think about what I would have missed.

The little hand reaching for mine. Watching their personalities appear.

The days can feel incredibly long while the years move unbelievably fast.

Fatherhood has made my life less convenient, less predictable and considerably more exhausting.

It’s also made it fuller.

I once wondered whether having kids meant giving up too much of the life I loved.

Now I can’t imagine that life without them.

There comes a point where everyone is given a choice.

Run from the pressure…
or become the person who can carry it.

Pressure isn’t reserved for athletes.

It’s the founder making payroll.
Parents raising the next generation.
Leaders standing on business and making difficult decisions.
The artist betting on an idea no one else can see.
The person who refuses to lower their standards when life gets heavy.

The greatest moments in life are never free of pressure.

They’re defined by it.

That’s why we created The Heavyweight Collection by CS

Our heaviest fleece yet. Built with substantial weight, premium construction, and an oversized fit that feels as solid as the mindset it represents.

Because pressure isn’t a burden.

It’s proof that what you’re carrying matters.

Pressure Is A Privilege. For those built to carry the weight on their shoulders.

Pressure has a way of revealing who you are.

I’ve never believed pressure is something to avoid. I think it’s a privilege. It means life, your family, your team, or your community believes you can carry something that matters.

Right now, the pressure looks different than it did a few years ago. It’s raising two children. It’s building a business. It takes effort to be a better husband, father, and leader every day. Some days the weight is heavy, but I’d rather carry responsibility than wonder what could have been.

Sport teaches that lesson early. It builds discipline before motivation, resilience before confidence, and character before recognition. It develops the body, sharpens the mind, and gives everyone a place to learn how to lose with humility, win with grace, and keep showing up regardless.

For years, we’ve quietly been building toward something bigger.

CS wasn’t created because we wanted to sell apparel. It was created because we believe sport shapes people, and people shape communities. This brand is about the standards, sacrifices, and pressures required to build a future worth being proud of.

The pressure isn’t the problem.

It’s the proof that what you’re building matters.

The pressure collection 1/10 sets. Will be available this August!

Have you ever noticed how much music and style move in the same direction?

The ’70s and ‘80s are everywhere again. You hear it in the music. You see it in the tailoring, the watches, the cars, the furniture, even the way people are editing pictures. It’s less about nostalgia and more about rediscovering what made those eras so memorable.

Very little is ever completely original today. Andy Warhol once said “the last truly original work was created in the ‘70s” and everything since has been a point of reference.

The best artists, musicians, designers, and architects don’t create from nothing. They study the past, borrow what deserves to live on, and interpret it through their own lens.

Even movies are predominantly remakes, are we running out of ideas?

Lately I’ve been inspired by my day to day, I’m in midst of building a brand from scratch, and I’ve been feeling more and more pragmatic about what I’m going to design next for FW2027.

The strange thing about success is that eventually, the things you once dreamed about become your normal.

When I was a kid, I thought panel-ready fridges were something only wealthy people had. Funny how success begins with the smallest details.

Today, my kids will grow up thinking that’s just what a kitchen looks like.

Our primary bedroom is bigger than most New York apartments. We live in a home I once imagined. I built a business that gave me the freedom I always wanted.

Years ago, this was the dream. Today, it’s just life.

As I celebrated my birthday this week, I realized something I never expected: success can make you comfortable.

At every level, self-sabotage wears a different mask. Mine isn’t fear of failure anymore. It’s protecting what I’ve built instead of risking it to build something even greater.

Fatherhood changed everything.

Building a business taught me how to create value. Clothing & Culture | Wear Your Conxeppt Becoming a father taught me why it matters.

Real success isn’t the house or the bedroom. It’s hearing, “Dad, will you come play with me?” and having the freedom to answer, “Absolutely.”

That’s the wealth I was really chasing.

Every meaningful thing in my life started as a vision. The business. The home. The freedom. The family. None of it existed until I believed it could.

Now I believe something else.

Your vision becomes your reality. But once it becomes your reality, it’s your responsibility to create a new vision.

I’m not chasing more because I’m ungrateful. I’m chasing more because gratitude and ambition can exist at the same time.

I want my children to remember a father who was present, deeply grateful for everything he built, and never believed he was finished becoming.

Here’s to another year.

Dream bigger.
Become better.
Never let your biggest dreams become your last ones.

There are artists you listen to for entertainment.
Then there are artists you study.

Drake belongs in the second category.

Iceman is not just another release. It feels like the culmination of a catalogue built for ambitious people. The soundtrack for those chasing more while navigating pressure, scrutiny, isolation, success, women, loyalty, ego, evolution, and legacy in real time.

Three albums, one night.

Something for every version of his audience:
The hungry version.
The reflective version.
The victorious version.
The revenge version.
The disciplined version.
The version is still trying to become something.

That is what separates generational artists from temporary stars.

Most artists make songs.
Drake has spent over a decade building emotional infrastructure for modern ambition.

There are records for the gym.
Records for late-night drives through downtown Toronto.
Records for breakups.
Records for celebrations.
Records for business wins.
Records that feel cinematic inside a penthouse.
Records that somehow still hit in a quiet basement apartment while plotting your next move.

That range is nearly impossible to replicate.

And culturally, this project matters.

Canada has often exported talent while importing validation. Drake changed that equation. He made Canadian identity aspirational on a global scale without stripping away its texture. The cold weather. The architecture. The multiculturalism. The restraint. The isolation. The skyline reflections against winter glass.

The visuals throughout Iceman feel deeply Canadian.

Not in a forced patriotic way. In a lived way.

You see echoes of Toronto’s sharp skyline, brutalist structures, luxury penthouses overlooking grey skies, private members' clubs, underground garages, mirrored towers, and the kind of winter atmosphere only Canadians truly understand. There is elegance in the cold. Precision in restraint. Mood as identity.

One lyric in particular captures this entire layered relationship between luxury, identity, Canada, and status:

“When a new Rolex drops, I get it reserved like an Indigenous.”
Classic Drake on the surface. Luxury watches. Scarcity. Exclusivity. Access.

But underneath it is something distinctly Canadian. The line references Indigenous Peoples in Canada and may be controversial to some, clever to others, but is undeniably rooted in the Canadian context. Reserves are tracts of land set aside for First Nations by the Canadian government.

That is a Canadian bar.

And that is part of what makes Drake culturally important.

For years, artists from Canada felt pressure to dilute their identity to appeal to global audiences. Drake did the opposite. He embedded Toronto slang, Canadian references, multicultural nuance, winter atmosphere, and national identity directly into mainstream music until the world adapted to our language instead.

That matters.

Especially in a country that often underestimates its own cultural exports.

That resonates deeply for us

Because Canadian style is different.

It is not loud for the sake of attention. It is weather-strategic. Layered. Functional. Elegant under pressure. Built for environments that demand resilience.

The same way a perfectly tailored flannel overcoat means more in Toronto or Edmonton than it does in Los Angeles, Drake’s music carries a certain emotional realism that people living in colder climates understand instinctively.

There is aspiration in it.
But there is also survival.

And beyond music, this was an incredible business move.

The release strategy feels surgical. A high-level maneuver that simultaneously feeds the audience, dominates attention, strengthens leverage, and potentially accelerates freedom from legacy label obligations with UMG. Most artists fight contracts emotionally. Drake appears to be outmaneuvering them structurally.

That matters.

Because ownership, leverage, and independence are the new luxury.

The conversation around Drake has become so loud that people forget the statistics are almost absurd. Every song is sitting in the Top 40. Not scattered throughout the charts. The first forty.

That is not hype.
That is historical dominance.

At some point, criticism starts sounding less like analysis and more like a pity party for the other side.

You do not accidentally remain culturally relevant across eras, trends, algorithms, generations, controversies, streaming wars, and industry shifts.

That level of consistency requires obsession.

And perhaps that is why ambitious people continue returning to Drake’s catalogue. Because underneath the luxury references, the bars, the ego, the pettiness, and the headlines is a recurring theme:

Relentless evolution.

That resonates with entrepreneurs. Creatives. Athletes. Founders. Builders.

People are trying to become more than they were when they started.

Whether you love him or hate him, the truth remains the truth:

Drake has become one of the greatest cultural exports Canada has ever produced.

A legend.
A strategist.
A soundtrack to ambition.

And in many ways, Iceman feels less like an album release and more like a statement:

Short-term thinking is expensive…

I’ve learned this the hard way. Not only from markets, but from people.

There are those who chase immediate wins, quick cash, fast access, short-lived leverage. They see proximity as opportunity, not responsibility. And when the moment presents itself, they trade long-term alignment for short-term gain. A quick move for chump change.

What they don’t see is the asymmetry.

The value was never in the transaction. It was in the access. The conversations. The perspective. The network. The guidance that compounds over time. The kind of capital that doesn’t announce itself, but quietly builds trajectories.

I’ve always kept my cards close. Not out of secrecy, but out of discipline. Because when you’re building for the long game, not everyone is meant to be at the table.

What’s surprising isn’t that some people chose the short play. It’s how often they mispriced the exchange. Burning a bridge for what they think gets them ahead... Walking away from years of potential growth.

That’s the cost of instant gratification. You get paid today, and taxed tomorrow in ways you can’t recover from.

The long game requires patience, restraint, and the ability to recognize value beyond what’s immediately visible. Not everyone has the lens for that. And that’s life.

But if you’re building something meaningful, choose your circle carefully. Because alignment isn’t proven in good moments. It’s revealed when there’s an opportunity to take the easy win.

Some will. The right ones won’t.

Committed to my circle.
