Veritas Seniors is looking for casual caring and compassionate individual who wants to improve the lives of seniors in St. Albert and Edmonton. We have a short term full time 12 hour day position available in St. Albert and may need 12 hour night position coverage.

We are looking for a leader of digital engagement and ecommerce sales, to bring a fresh service management approach. The main scope of this role is to increase traffic and improving sales conversion of retail and business services. By directing the ecommerce strategy, you will drive performance across all touchpoints and contribute to the continued growth of the organization.

The Role:
Develop and execute strategic initiatives which offer an engaging digital customer experience.
Accountable for digital sales initiatives, generate traffic, drive conversion rates, grow the lifetime value of their members.
Manage the "path-to-purchase", ensuring retail and business members, as well as prospective members can easily navigate the site, research brand, learn about services, and ultimately complete and execute successful transactions.
Tracking, analyzing and reporting of results across all activities which drive traffic, engagement and sales conversion
Conceives initiatives then execute, set a measurement strategy and manage toward success.
Analyze performance, establish and refine benchmarks and targets, and uncover actionable insights.
Facilitate the development of digital engagement roadmap deliverables across all digital sales channels, member solutions and key service enhancements.
Work collaboratively with a focus on User Experience, Content Strategy, Web Analytics, and of course ecommerce and revenue generation.
Lead the ecommerce customer experience, working with Brand, Marketing and Communications on the development of digital content, implementing digital initiatives that can strengthen engagement, conversion, retention and loyalty.
Expert knowledge of service/program development.
Can work independently and productive with your time.
