Today I was reminded of the power of our thoughts.. did you know that we can have up to 80,000 thoughts a day and that over 80% of them are negative, ouch.. be mindful of what is going into your mind..
There needs to be intention to capture your thoughts and the good news is that is possible.. set your mind on what is true and good and noble..
